Testing INACT Application for Resindo company (Currently)

As a QA Tester

I work closely with developer team to testing document routing application for our team project, the name is INACT. Looking bugs application, create test case and make sure the flow application is ready to use are my daily task right now. Surely there was such a high pressure for me to learn their flow application. However this work is very interesting consider we are the first person know well the application before people use our applications, is that right?

L1 and L2 Support Corporate Information System for Telkomsel Application Postpaid

As an Operational Support

Our application was developed for Telkomsel company and there were should some people to maintained their application *of course me and my colleague. My task was handling some case from user, analyzing the problems and delivering some case to developer, also report to the user whether the case already solved. Using JIRA and Trello was my daily activity for ticketing. And also i'm using Putty terminal to maintained data whether stuck or not from our application.

Slicing Landing Page for WAhub and Trisakti Project Web

As an Operational Support

Kitkat Chocolatory Nestle Project

As a Junior System Analyst

I joined this project when the project already began for 6 months. Our project was developing Point Of Sales system (POS) for Nestle event at Kota Kasablanka Mall. My task was to met Nestle's user, gathering their request for our system, testing the system and worked closely with programmer along night to fixed many bugs until the system released.

Documentation Project Development

As a Junior System Analyst

This was my first job at my office, i learnt some business flow and how to creating ERD, Use case Diagram, Activity Diagram using Star UML for our project. Sometimes i'm able to testing application, well from that case i knew how to create UAT or SIT document.
